Change App Logo & Splash

Replace the launcher icon, adaptive icon and native splash screen with your brand.

Source images

Replace the files in customer_app/assets/icon/ (keep the names and sizes):

In-app logos (header, login screen) are in assets/images/ — replace them with images of the same size.

Generate

cd customer_app
dart run flutter_launcher_icons
dart run flutter_native_splash:create

Then uninstall the old app from the device and run it again — Android caches launcher icons.
